Dr. David Schargorodsky is a psychiatrist specializing in the care of children and adolescents. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he developed a strong interest in teaching and community service. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.
Dr. Schargorodsky completed his general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. His clinical experience includes the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and mood dysregulation.
