“I truly never felt understood until we came there and for that, I am so grateful…”
Our experienced clinical team is devoted to a renewed approach to modern medicine as we stay true to our mission of patient and family centered treatment. The Plena team strives to understand and treat the whole child, taking into account the child’s internal and external worlds. Plena’s whole child approach ensures your child receives an initial assessment from a licensed clinician, a thorough evaluation from our board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and engages in an individualized multidisciplinary treatment approach throughout the duration of the program. Our collaborative approach aims “deep rather than wide” by actively engaging and supporting the whole family system in therapy in order to gain new insights and address the deeper core of more obvious or ongoing mental health concerns.
